Just a note to express our sincere appreciation for the professional work your people did on our home. You've got quite an operation going, and your people are eve more to rave about. In our opinion they seem to love their work and they definitely carry out their duties both competently and enthusiastically. They continually demonstrated that doing their job right the first time was the only way they performed their job.
Having been a member of manufacturing management during my working career, I was impressed by the productivity of each member of your crew. This characteristic is both unusual and almost nonexistent in our present workforce. It was obvious that you and Tami appreciate your workforce, as morale appears to be quite equally high. Although your entire crew was very personable. We are definitely impressed with the attention to the little details and hope you will convey our personal thanks for a job well done.
During the round of meetings and discussions, your people worked to fill Dolores and I in on unfamiliar areas and made recommendatons as to what would work and look the best. Without being asked they volunteered to carefully move and re-arrance obstacles and were always protective or our landscape.
Both Dolores and I are two very particular individuals but we have absolutely no complaints with the work your crew performed on our home and will highly recommend your organization without reservation. With the quality of your work and the quality of your people, you must be doing something right. Keep it up.
